How to make Asian Vegetable Chow Fun
Step 1 Finely chop the vegetables
To start, take a chopping board and chop Chinese broccoli, slice the carrots, mushrooms and red bell peppers and finely slice onions.
Step 2 Prepare a liquid sauce mix
Now, in a bowl, add ginger, black bean garlic sauce, vegetable broth, hoisin sauce and whisk thoroughly.
Step 3 Heat the oil and toss in the chopped vegetables
Turn on the medium and put a frying pan over it and add sesame oil into it. Lower the flame and put in green onion slices, broccoli, bell pepper and corn.
Step 4 Cook the veggies and add rice noodles
Cook until vegetables become tender. Add hoisin mixture, noodles and stir. Pour 1/2 cup water, mushrooms and cook until the noodles and veggies are well coated with the mix. (Note: We are using fresh rice noodles, you can use rice sticks too.)
Step 5 Turn the flame off and serve
Turn off the flame and gently shift the noodles into serving bowls or platter. Serve hot.

- 200 gm mushroom
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 7 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 6 cup broccoli Chinese
- 4 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cup green onion
