How to make Sooji Dosa

Step 1 – Grind the ingredients

First grind sooji (semolina), wheat flour, sugar and salt as per taste in a bowl.

Step 2 – Prepare the batter

Take out the mixture in a bowl, add curd and mix well. Now add a little bit of water to adjust the consistency. Now keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.

Step 3 – Make dosa

To make dosa, heat a non-stick pan, add some oil/butter and pour the dosa batter on it. Spread the batter in a circular motion and cook on a low flame. Cook from both sides until golden brown in colour.

Step 4 – Ready to be served

Serve the dosa with chutney, sambhar and enjoy.
