How to make Fruit and Nut Chia Salad
Step 1 – Prepare the dressing
In a bowl, add coconut milk, chia seeds and honey. Mix well and let it rest for 2 hours. This will provide a thick dressing for your salad.
Step 2 – Chop the fruits and nuts
Now peel and chop all the fruits into small pieces. Add them to a bowl. Also, chop the nuts roughly and mix them with the fruits.
Step 3 – Add the dressing and serve
Now pour the chia seeds dressing on the salad and toss lightly to mix it well. Once done, your fruit and nut chia salad is ready to be served.
