How to make Cheesy Pop Pasta
- Step 1 – To prepare this amazing pasta recipe, put a deep-bottomed pan over high flame and add water in it, bring it to a boil. Add pasta, oil and salt to it and cook for 15 minutes or till the pasta turns soft. Turn off the heat and drain excess water from the pasta. Wash the boiled pasta with cold water and toss with little olive oil.
- Step 2 – In a large and deep skillet, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat until it’s hot. When the oil is hot enough, add the panko bread crumbs and stir constantly, until golden and crisp for about 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate to cool.
- Step 3 – In the pan, add the fresh cream and Parmesan cheese. Add the pasta to it and the sautéed panko. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 4 – Place it in a dish and spread the ricotta cheese and wait for it to melt, if ricotta cheese is not available then you can skip this step. Serve the dish with garlic toasts and enjoy!
