  1. In a heated pan, heat some oil and add tomatoes, chillies, garlic, roasted peanuts and sesame seeds.
  2. Cook until tomatoes are slightly mushy. You can add water if needed.
  3. Blend everything with coriander leaves and stevia into a coarse paste


  • Green Tomato – 200gms (roughly chopped)
  • Green Chillies – 2
  • Peanuts – 20 gms
  • Garlic – 3-4 cloves
  • Coriander Leaves – a handful
  • Stevia – ½ tsp
  • Sesame Seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
  • Hing – ½ tsp
  • salt and olive oil as per need.
