How to make Keto Poha

Step 1 – Saute onions and spices

Heat olive oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, asafoetida, dry red chilli and curry leaves. Let them splutter for a minute. Now, add onions and let them saute for 1-2 minutes.

Step 2 – Add the veggies

Now add grated cauliflower, turmeric and salt. Mix well. Add water and let it boil once.

Step 3 – Add diced cauliflower

Now add finely diced cabbage and mix well. Lastly, add roasted peanuts and lemon juice.

Step 4 – Garnish and serve
