How to make Mushroom Carbonara – Steps

  1. To make this simple recipe, take a pan, switch on the burner at medium flame and add butter to it.
  2. After 10 seconds, add the chopped onions and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes or until softened.
  3. Now, add garlic and fry for 20 to 30 seconds. Add the mint leaves and mushrooms.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes or until golden and tender.
  5. Cook the pasta in slightly salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain well.
  6. Transfer the pasta to a pan and add the corn flour.
  7. Stir well until well combined. Now, add the mushroom mixture and the grated cheese. Mix well.
  8. Sprinkle some black pepper powder and salt.
  9. Serve at once. To add an edge you can add toasted garlic bread to it.
