How to Make Nutrela Soya Biryani

  1. Heat ghee in a pan; add bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, black pepper, cumin seeds cinnamon sticks and let splutter
  2. Then add chopped onions and tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder and mix well
  3. Add curd and cooked Nutrela Soya chunks and water. Let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes
  4. Take 80% cooked rice in another pan and put rice and masala layer by layer. Also add fried onions and chopped coriander in the pan
  5. Add a scoop of ghee around the edges and in the centre
  6. Sprinkle some water and cover with a lid; let it cook for 10 mins
  7. Serve hot with raita
