How to Make Nutrela Soya Biryani
- Heat ghee in a pan; add bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, black pepper, cumin seeds cinnamon sticks and let splutter
- Then add chopped onions and tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder and mix well
- Add curd and cooked Nutrela Soya chunks and water. Let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes
- Take 80% cooked rice in another pan and put rice and masala layer by layer. Also add fried onions and chopped coriander in the pan
- Add a scoop of ghee around the edges and in the centre
- Sprinkle some water and cover with a lid; let it cook for 10 mins
- Serve hot with raita
