How to make Cheesy Dahi Bhalla Nachos Chaat Steps

  1. To prepare this snack recipe, mix boiled potatoes, bread crumbs, turmeric, 1 teaspoon of oregano, red chilli powder, black pepper powder together and knead well. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Now, make small balls from the potato mixture and flatten these between the palm of your hands. Fill half of the grated mozzarella cheese in the flattened balls and then roll them in the shape of a ball.
  3. Heat refined oil in a deep-bottomed pan over medium flame. Once the oil is hot enough, reduce the flame and fry the potato balls until golden brown in color. Once done, take these off the flame and place them on a plate lined with absorbent paper.
  4. Next, in another bowl, add curd, oregano, salt, black pepper powder, cheese dip, 1 tablespoon of tamarind chutney and coriander chutney together.
  5. Now, add the fried cheese bhallas balls and nachos to the curd mix. Garnish it with remaining tamarind chutney and coriander chutney.

  • 300 gm boiled, mashed potato
  • 400 gm grated mozzarella cheese
  • 500 gm yoghurt (curd)
  • 200 gm nachos
  • 2 tablespoon tamarind chutney
  • 2 teaspoon oregano
  • powdered black pepper as required
  • 200 gm breadcrumbs
  • salt as required
  • 500 ml refined oil
  • 4 tablespoon cheese dip
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoon coriander chutney
