Step 1 Heat a pan
To make this simple recipe, just heat a griller or a pan. Add in 1 teaspoon olive oil along with garlic cloves. In the meantime wash the spinach leaves and drain the excess water.
Step 2 Toss the spinach
Once the garlic cloves turn slightly brown, add the spinach leaves and toss in the pan. Turn off the flame and line the spinach on the serving plate.
Step 3 Marinate the cottage cheese
Next, cut the cottage cheese in the shape of steaks. Then take a bowl add, 2 tablespoon melted butter, along with garlic paste, salt and pepper. Marinate and grill the cottage cheese.
Step 4 Serve hot
Keep basting the cottage cheese and once the steaks are grilled nicely. Transfer to the plate and garnish with cherry tomatoes and enjoy!
- 300 gm cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste
- 1 cup spinach
- black pepper as required
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes
- kosher salt as required
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- You can grill the tomatoes as per your taste.
