Step 1 – Wash and chop the apples
To make this quick Apple Rabri, just wash and peel the apple. Chop them and keep aside.
Step 2 – Cook the Rabri
Next, take a pan and add in full cream milk and keep stirring. Once the milk starts thickening, reduce the flame. In the meantime, blend the pitted dates with 2 tablespoon of water.
Step 3 – Rabri is ready
Once the milk turns slightly thick, add the dates syrup, apples and cardamom powder. Cook the Rabri till it turns thick and creamy. Add a few apple slices and serve the way you like!
