Cheese Tomato is a lip-smacking snack that you can enjoy anytime. You can also serve stuffed cheese tomatoes as a side dish and enjoy a wholesome meal. If you are a cheese lover, then this delicious recipe is a must-try. To prepare this tomato recipe, you just need tomato, cheese, oregano, chilli flakes, coriander leaves, salt and black pepper.

You can either bake the tomatoes in the oven or just cook them in a pan. We have used parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese in this recipe, however, you can use any cheese of your choice. How to make Cheese Tomatoes

Step 1 – Prepare the tomatoes

Chop the top part of the tomatoes and take out the seeds. Now lightly grease the tomatoes with minimal oil.

Step 2 – Stuff the tomatoes

Now add grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese to a bowl. Add oregano, chilli flakes, coriander leaves and salt as per taste. Mix well and equally fill the cheese in all the tomatoes. Sprinkle one pinch of black pepper powder on each stuffed tomato.

Step 3 – Bake and serve

Now place the tomatoes on a greased baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees C for 10-12 minutes. You can also place the tomatoes in a greased pan, cover them with a lid and cook them until tender.

Step 4 – Ready to be served

Serve the lip-smacking tomatoes and enjoy.
