  • 1 cup Singhare ka atta (Water Chestnut Flour)
  • 1/4 cup Kuttu ka atta (Buckwheat Flour)

  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sendha Namak (Rock Salt)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee (Clarified Butter)
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Singhare ka atta, Kuttu ka atta, and Arrowroot flour.
  2. Add the mashed potato, red chili powder, sendha namak, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and ghee to the bowl.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together to form a dough. If the dough feels dry, you can add a little water to bring it together.
