How to make Hummus Toast

  • Step 1 – Make scrambled egg: In a pan, add olive oil and break an egg in it. Scramble the egg and add salt to it. Keep aside the cooked scrambled egg.
  • Step 2 – Prepare the hummus toast: On a toasted bread slice, apply hummus, then on top of it avocado slices and scrambled eggs.
  • Step 3 – Serve: Sprinkle sesame seeds on the hummus toast and it is ready to serve and eat.
