Peel the pineapple properly, remove the thorns and hop the pineapple into small cubes. Collect them in a bowl.
Step 2 – Cook the pineapple
Add pineapple cubes to a pan along with sugar. Give a mix and keep on medium heat. After a while, the sugar will release water. Cook it for 30 minutes or until the mixture turns thick and all the liquid is absorbed. At this point, the pineapple cubes will become glazy.
Step 3 – Mix with cream
Let the mixture cool down a bit and mix chilled cream with it.
Step 4 – Ready to be serve
Pour the dessert into serving bowls and serve. Enjoy!
