Step 1 – Whisk sooji and curd
Add sooji and curd in a bowl. Whisk the two ingredients properly.
Step 2 – Add spices
Now add chaat masala, chilli flakes, salt, garlic paste and ginger paste. Mix well.
Step 3 – Prepare a dough
Lastly, add grated-boiled potatoes, corn flour and coriander leaves. Mix well to prepare a dough.
Step 4 – Roll out and cut rings
Now flatten the dough with the help of a rolling pin and cut rings from it. Repeat the process to use all the leftover dough.
Step 5 – Deep fry
Heat oil in a pan, add potato rings and shallow fry them until golden brown.
Step 6 – Serve hot

- 1 cup roasted semolina
- 2 medium boiled,mashed potato
